Patrick Gaillard, with 30 years of experience in the field of the oysters, creates his business by taking over a small hut of family oysters in 2012. Initially, Patrick manages only his company, then his team grows up and brings to the company management, it, administrative, accounting and creativity at the level of the means of communication.
Two oyster farmers in 2013, the company has grown to 20 employees (permanent workers, vendors and seasonal workers) and thus developed: sales markets, in different points of sale and GMS stores (supermarkets and hypermarkets).
